• Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, and motivate employees, fostering an inclusive culture.
• Financial Management: Develop and implement annual operating/capital budgets, focusing on cost control and profitability.
• Resident Satisfaction: Maintain high standards of care and engagement with residents and their families.
