About The Position
The position involves overseeing the safety and well-being of residents in accordance with the residence's philosophy and standards of care. The individual will represent the residence to the community, family members, and visitors, developing positive relations with all customers. Establishing and maintaining an open-door policy and a high level of ongoing communication with residents and their families is essential. The role includes contacting the resident's family when a change in services is needed and leading resident/family conferences to review these changes. Ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction and actively participating in providing service to residents is also a key responsibility.
