About The Position

Brookdale Asheboro is looking for an Executive Director with previous experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care with a valid NC Administrators License. The Executive Director will lead the day-to-day operations of the community, interact with staff and residents, and is expected to have a passion for our residents. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years in operational leadership experience required.
  • Must have a valid administrator license in states where required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Microsoft software preferred.
  • Effective written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the community's daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Create and execute the business plan and develop the team to become a preferred senior living community in the market.
  • Work with sales to drive sales results.
  • Create an inclusive community culture that provides high-quality resident experiences and care.
  • Interact with staff and residents, prospects, or their family members or representatives.
  • Develop and implement business plans in connection with the district team.
  • Create, analyze, and execute annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Supervise, direct, and motivate community staff.
  • Ensure community maintains appropriate staffing levels.
  • Attract, develop, engage, and retain associates.
  • Maintain positive resident relations and be accessible to residents and their families.
  • Administer resident satisfaction surveys and create plans to address opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee resident services including the admission process and healthcare management.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen related to community operations.
  • Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet or exceed occupancy or revenue targets.
  • Represent the community and the Company to governmental agencies and community groups.
