As a leader in our community, you will be responsible for daily operations, associate relations, resident engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. You will create and execute a business plan to establish our community as a preferred senior living option, while also driving revenue and profitability in collaboration with the district team. Your role will involve fostering an inclusive culture that enhances resident experiences and care, while also ensuring appropriate staffing levels and high-quality associate training and development. You will analyze community performance, manage budgets, and lead efforts to improve resident satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will engage with local influencers and participate in community affairs to enhance our community's profile.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in operational leadership experience required.
• Valid administrator license in states where required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in senior living or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft software.
