Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years in operational leadership experience required.
• Valid administrator license in states where required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a private vehicle for business use.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in senior living or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Microsoft software.
• Certifications related to management or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, associate relations, and resident engagement.
• Create and execute business plans to enhance community performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Manage financial performance, including budget creation and analysis.
• Drive sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-quality associates.
• Administer resident satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Maintain community standards through regular inspections and maintenance.
