Lead the charge in protecting what matters most. As the Executive Director, Security leader for Ingram Micro North America & LATAM, you'll drive the evolution of critical programs that safeguard our people, products, processes, information, and reputation. Working closely with top executives across global and country operations-including HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Operations (warehouse/distribution centers) and Audit-you'll spearhead risk and threat assessments, develop strategic mitigation plans, and ensure revenue preservation. Reporting to our Vice President of Corporate Security & Chief Security Officer you will design and implement an effective, proactive security strategy to manage crises, mitigate global risks, maintain business continuity, and fortify the organization's resilience. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping security policies, tackling complex challenges across diverse regions, and influencing the company's long-term security vision.
