About The Position

The Executive Director of Scholarship Oversight and Enrollment Finance provides strategic leadership and oversight for both the finances related to student success and enrollment management and ensures that gift and endowed funds adhere to University of Alabama and University of Alabama System policies and procedures. In addition, this role ensures compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations while advancing enrollment, retention, and student success goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, higher education, or related financial field, and eight (8) years of experience in leading teams and conducting complex financial analysis; OR master's degree in accounting, finance, business, higher education, or related financial field, and six (6) years of experience in leading teams and conducting complex financial analysis.
Strong budgetary, supervisory, and communication skills.
Track record in complex financial analyses, including scholarship budgeting.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diplomacy and tact.
Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
Ability to lead strategic planning and foster collaboration across departments.
