About The Position
We are seeking an RN Executive Director to lead daily operations at a well-established Assisted Living community. This is a full-time role through Allpro Health & Consulting with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position with full benefits .
Requirements
- Active RN license (required)
- Leadership experience in Assisted Living, LTC, or similar
- Strong knowledge of DOH regulations and resident care
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and resident care
- Ensure DOH compliance for Assisted Living
- Support admissions, staffing, and family communication
- Lead and supervise staff
- Maintain high-quality standards
