About The Position

The Executive Director is a Registered Nurse who has responsibility and accountability for Perioperative Services leadership, including strategic direction and clinical integration. Works with executive and senior leadership to achieve strategic goals for growth, clinical transformation, population health, cost effective integrated clinical programs, and provider engagement (quadruple aim).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing- required
• Master’s degree in Business Administration/ Health Administration, Nursing or related field- required
• Registered Nurse in Missouri
• BLS Certification in Missouri
• Minimum 3 years in a perioperative director role required
• A minimum of five (5) years progressive nursing experience in area(s) of responsibility.
