Odyssey Systems is seeking an Executive Director for Cyber, Communications, and Network (CCN) Programs to lead the growth and success of its CCN programs within the C5ISR Business Unit. This executive-level position is pivotal in executing the portfolio of programs in alignment with both company and customer objectives. The Executive Director will hold comprehensive responsibility for operations management, supervisory duties, administrative functions, and financial oversight (P&L) of the portfolio. This role will involve leading Operations Directors, Program Managers, and other management and staff to ensure high-quality operational performance standards, facilitate growth, and achieve new business goals. The Executive Director will be tasked with developing, implementing, and managing programs, strategies, processes, and tools to maintain existing customer relationships while playing a crucial role in integrating Business Development and Operations teams to enhance revenue across new customer relationships. The position is based in Lincoln, MA, and will require travel to engage with customers, partners, collaborate with Odyssey leadership, and attend industry events. This role is focused on a critical company priority and offers a rewarding opportunity for the right candidate. Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction for operational groups by establishing structured processes to drive customer engagement and program efficiencies. The Executive Director will facilitate operational strategic planning to ensure business and customer objectives are met, promote integration across departments to maximize efficiencies, and manage operational resources to meet objectives while achieving revenue and net income goals. Additionally, the role involves planning and executing projects to meet customer objectives, managing subordinate Operations Directors and Program Managers, and ensuring team performance meets or exceeds customer satisfaction benchmarks. The Executive Director will also be responsible for financial management, employee relations, and championing operations involvement in capture and proposal development activities.
