The Executive Director of Marketing serves as the second-in-command within the Marketing organization and reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. This role is responsible for leading the execution of marketing strategy, overseeing brand initiatives, and managing day-to-day marketing operations that support revenue growth across all Fontainebleau Miami Beach business segments. The Executive Director works closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Revenue Management, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Retail, and Hotel Operations to ensure marketing initiatives align with the property’s overall business objectives and deliver exceptional guest engagement.
