About The Position
The Executive Director of Human Resources at Bronx Community College is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the College's human resources functions. This position aims to redesign human capital systems and services to align with the College's strategic goals while promoting a culture of respect, integrity, collaboration, innovation, quality, and sustainability. The Executive Director will work closely with senior administration and will play a key role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and improving client services through the infusion of technology into HR operations.
