About The Position
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall administration and operations of Community Physician Group (CPG), in conjunction with CMC leadership, including strategy development, planning, execution, and performance of our CPG practices and associated service lines. The primary focus is building high-performing service lines that include growth, high-quality care, exceptional patient experience, frictionless access, strong production and financial performance, and solid network integrity. Significant focus will be placed on service line strategy, planning, development, provider and staff engagement and integration, communication, and optimization and transformation of key performance indicators. Ensures alignment of physician services with CMC's mission, vision, and core values: Champion patient care, Do the right thing, Embrace individuality, Act with kindness, and Make a difference.
