About The Position
The Executive Director of Clinical Operations at Evolution Research Group (ERG) is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the management of clinical operations across multiple sites. This position entails the analysis, design, development, and implementation of various management-level monitoring and quality management tools, administrative functions, training programs, and information management reports. The Executive Director will ensure that all operations align with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), International Committee on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines, and the company's standard operating procedures and policies. In this role, the Executive Director will serve as a mentor and supervisor to all direct reports, overseeing human resources responsibilities such as performance evaluations, corrective action plans, recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling. The Executive Director will also work closely with the Principal Investigator and Site Director to ensure a thorough understanding of study protocols, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to enhance study enrollment and adherence to protocols. The Executive Director will be responsible for the conduct of all studies managed by their direct reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and documenting any breaches or violations. This role may also involve additional responsibilities as the organization evolves, making it essential for the Executive Director to demonstrate initiative and the ability to make independent decisions within the framework of study protocols and company policies.
