Executive Director of Long Term Health Care Facility / Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA Competitive salary plus annual bonus program and quarterly perks program! Cedars Healthcare Center, is currently recruiting a compassionate leader to assume the position of Executive Director of our facility. The position of Executive Director provides leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. The Executive Director has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center. Requirements

  • Must meet all Virginia State requirements for Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
  • Must hold a currently valid LNHA license in the State of Virginia
  • At least two years of gradually increasing management responsibility with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
  • 1 year experience as Nursing Home Administrator
  • Strong management and operation skills.
  • Strong math/budgetary skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
