About The Position
Knightcare Management is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead a luxury Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) located on California's beautiful Central Coast. This community provides premier Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living accommodations for its residents. The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of operational leadership experience in a high-end CCRC or Life Plan community, demonstrating a history of good tenure and survey results. A passion for providing excellent care and customer service to residents is essential for this role. The Executive Director (ED) will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with applicable company, federal, state, and local standards. This includes overseeing the highest quality of care and customer service for residents at all times. The ED will plan, develop, organize, evaluate, and implement programs and activities that serve the residents, while managing subordinate supervisors and additional employees and volunteers within the community. Key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations. The ED will work collaboratively with department managers to guarantee that residents receive the best possible care. Additionally, the role involves assisting with budget development, financial record-keeping, and ensuring that adequately trained personnel are on duty to meet residents' needs. The ED will also facilitate the hiring, training, and performance management of employees, addressing any complaints and resolving conflicts as necessary.
