About The Position
Otterbein is a vibrant, faith-based, not-for-profit ministry serving older adults throughout Ohio and in Indiana. Otterbein Cridersville has an opening for a fulltime Executive Director. The Executive Director leads the delivery of high-quality services in a person-centered environment. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the community, driving short term and long-term planning activities, serving on the Otterbein Operations Team, and creating a culture of partner engagement. A key responsibility is overseeing the sales and marketing of independent living housing and referral marketing for assisted living and post-acute and skilled nursing. The ED has frequent interaction and leadership responsibility with the local board of directors and community relations.
