Grow the firm’s retirement and insurance asset base across Retirement Plans, Annuities, COLI, and General Account assets Partner with the Head of Insurance and Retirement Group to lead retirement strategy, including sales execution, product innovation and client segmentation Serve as lead relationship manager for a targeted list of prospects and clients, including Recordkeepers, Mid-Market Consultants, Aggregators, Fiduciary Service Providers, and Insurance Carriers Develop and execute client-level sales and servicing strategies aligned with IRG priorities, annual sales targets and asset retention goals Clearly articulate the value of JHI products and services, including practice management and value add content, as well as capital markets and economic insights Drive durable, profitable growth across the IRG client base through proactive business development and relationship expansion Partner with assigned Account Managers and coach, mentor and develop IRG team members Contribute to IRG annual planning, including sales goals, budget development and strategic objectives Perform additional responsibilities as required
