About The Position
The Executive Director of Labor Relations and Employee Services at Providence Public Schools is responsible for overseeing labor relations and employment issues within the Human Resources department. This role involves managing a team to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, communicating policy decisions, and maintaining high levels of customer service. The Executive Director will also collaborate with the General Counsel and be part of the senior leadership team in Human Resources.
