Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on selling to insurance industry clients.
  • Deep understanding of the insurance industry (Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, Group Benefits, Retirement, etc.), its value chain, and the unique challenges it faces.
  • Proven track record in consultative, solution-based selling with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, and account growth; experience with no-code/low-code technology is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • History of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through a combination of new business and account expansion.
  • Ability to analyze client needs, connect them with our platform’s features, and communicate the impact effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to expand our market presence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring we remain aligned with their evolving needs and consistently adding value to their operations.
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities within existing accounts to deepen our footprint, uncovering opportunities to expand our solutions and services.
  • Develop and implement customized account strategies that focus on both immediate sales and long-term growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Unqork platform and establish use case patterns and communicate how they can address specific client challenges.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, to create a cohesive and positive client experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
