We are seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the Executive Director of Information Security and Infrastructure who will promote and implement IT best practices, proven methodologies, and tool sets for DOB’s Information Technology division. The Executive Director will ensure the development, implementation and operation of cost-effective systems and efficient computer operations to address current and future business requirements. This individual will lead teams responsible for the architecture and engineering of the infrastructure, telecommunication, voice, network, client helpdesk, cyber security, data management, data analytics and Information Technology budget needs of the organization. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, direct, and design all operational activities of the infrastructure, cyber security and data management teams as well as provide direction and support for infrastructure and data management solutions that enhance mission-critical business operations. The position involves working closely with decision makers in other divisions to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization while strategically developing technology roadmaps and budget for multiyear technology solutions.
