About The Position
The Executive Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading employee benefits, talent acquisition and on-boarding, organizational development, employee relations, employee health, staff education, volunteers, pastoral care, the boutiques, and the employee wellness programs. Operating with minimal supervision, the Executive Director ensures the maintenance of confidential employee information while driving compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. The role will also focus on developing strategies that enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.
