The Housing Authority of the County Of Marin is seeking a visionary and innovative leader to meet Marin's Housing 21 st Century challenges. The new Executive Director will oversee the organization's 62.5 FTE with approximately 8 direct reports and budget of $95 million. You will provide policy guidance to the Board of Commissioners and management staff; collaborate with other county departments to link services to tenants, provide and expand access to safe and affordable quality housing, and creatively collaborate with home buyers, developers and other clients and members of the public. Current Priorities Complete the conversion of Golden Gate Village property to Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD)/Section 18 to 90% Project Based Vouchers and 10% RAD. Convert all family public housing to RAD/Section 18. Oversee and implement capital improvements to senior and disabled public housing units. Convert all senior and disabled public housing units from public housing to Project Based Vouchers- RAD/Section 18. Transfer Emergency Housing Voucher holders to Housing Choice Voucher program.
