About The Position

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced registered nurse to serve as the Executive Director/Administrator for our Hospice Branch. In this vital role, you will provide leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in the home setting.
The Executive Director/Administrator provides strategic and operational leadership for the hospice branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care in the home setting. This role is responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth, and culture of the branch, fostering an environment of excellence, compliance, and teamwork.
The Executive Director/Administrator oversees and directs all clinical and office operations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, productivity, and efficient use of resources. This position works closely with leadership and staff to maintain regulatory compliance, drive performance outcomes, and support sustainable branch growth.
Appointed by and serving as a liaison to the Governing Body, the Executive Director/Administrator plays a key role in communication, reporting, and alignment with organizational goals and standards.
This position is ideal for a dynamic leader with a strong background in hospice or healthcare operations who is passionate about quality care, team development, and organizational excellence.
