About The Position
Sinai Residences is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director – Health Center to serve as our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). This senior leadership role oversees the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care operations, ensuring regulatory excellence, operational strength, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional resident care. Sinai Residences is Boca Raton’s premier five-star senior living destination, located on a secure, gated 100-acre campus. Our community offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing services, delivering exceptional hospitality and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Active Florida Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required
- Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in SNF or CCRC environment
- Proven regulatory compliance and strong survey outcomes
- Strong financial management and analytical skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems
- Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend intermittently throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and operate standard business equipment.
- Requires sustained focus and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with AHCA, CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable regulations
- Maintain survey readiness and represent the organization during inspections
- Oversee Quality Measures, Five-Star Ratings, and performance metrics
- Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) and risk management initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability and service excellence
- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets
- Monitor census, revenue optimization, and expense control
- Analyze financial and operational data to drive strategic decisions
