DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). The Impact you will have in this role: DTCC’s Enterprise Transformation drives effective execution of the firm’s most strategic enterprise-wide imperatives. In partnership with Product, Technology, and other internal functions, this team is core to value realization of the firm’s investment portfolio. The Head of Enterprise Transformation Operations will lead a team of portfolio management and program / project management professionals to provide end-to-end investment and execution governance to ensure effective governance, risk management and value realization of a <$500M investment portfolio. Your role as ED-Enterprise Transformation at DTCC will be instrumental in shaping our future and driving its success. You will have the opportunity to lead the organization and industry through large-scale transformation, collaborate with talented teams, and contribute to the achievement of strategic objective that will shape the capital markets for years to come. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience years of experience in strategic planning, transformation and program management, operations management and (PMI, Agile certified), business transformation or management consulting.
  • Strong finance acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with a track record of successfully driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and drive change.
  • Knowledge of DTCCs businesses and capital markets domains including digital assets, wealth management, asset servicing, operations.
  • Strong finance acumen focused on operational effectiveness, quantifying results and delivering outcomes
  • Enhanced operational efficiency and effectiveness through process improvements and technology adoption.
  • Advanced written communication skills, with experience drafting policies and procedures for audit and regulatory audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Instrumental in the development of adaptive, integrated strategic plans that align with corporate objectives.
  • Partner across Enterprise Transformation and the Business to define, measure, manage, and cascade strategic objectives and OKRs.
  • Own enterprise-wide processes to review and assess strategic initiatives and financial performance to proactively enable adjustments to execution plans.
  • Lead the end-to-end intake, prioritization, and approval of investment management governance in close collaboration with risk, finance, and business and technology functions.
  • Drive measurement of value realization throughout the program / initiative lifecycle, with focus on change requests and timely interventions required to manage budget thresholds.
  • Monitor and improve continuously to cascade lessons learned and optimize value delivery.
  • Manage and monitor the integrated plan and dependencies to accurately track progress holistically across the firm’s most strategic programs and initiatives.
  • Refine, implement and execute quality management processes to ensure program health and adoption of prescribed standards, controls, and risk management practices.
  • Drive enterprise-wide program governance forums to address cross-program / initiative dependency management, proactive risk/issue remediation and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead a Center of Excellence to centralize Project Management standards and methodology, knowledge management and ownership of portfolio and project management tools.
  • Own management of enterprise program management policies and procedures driving alignment across the enterprise.
  • Lead a dedicated team focused on understanding and calculating change saturation to inform sequencing and drive adoption of new business processes.
  • Anticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and in partnership with Organizational Change Management, create an integrated change management strategy and roadmap based on the needs of the programs, executing the change management activities sequentially.
  • Influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals, understanding how potential process and system changes might impact upstream and downstream processes and/or systems.
  • Ensure controls are in place to drive adequate operational readiness before go/no-go milestones are achieved.
  • Lead and measure talent effectiveness and deliver training and transformation tactics as needed.
  • Assist with the organization’s transformation including building internal process expertise and capabilities.
