About The Position
HawkSoft, a leader in agency management systems for independent P&C agencies, is looking for an Executive Director to oversee all aspects of the HawkSoft User Group (HUG) user community. This role involves enhancing attendee experience, planning and executing conferences, and ensuring financial outcomes. The Executive Director will shape the future of HUG, fostering an engaged community that allows independent agencies to learn from each other. The position requires collaboration with key stakeholders at HawkSoft and the HUG Board of Directors to create a vision for member services and conferences.
