About The Position
The Executive Director of Harvard Impact Labs (HIL) will lead a new initiative aimed at creating an infrastructure to support faculty-led impact labs at Harvard. This role involves collaborating with faculty and students to address social problems through research and community engagement. The Executive Director will oversee the initiative's strategy, thought leadership, faculty engagement, team building, management, and development efforts, ensuring the successful execution of the program's goals.
