Responsibilities The Execute Director of Government Reporting & Reimbursement is responsible for providing executive leadership and strategic guidance regarding Medicare and Medicaid reporting with additional focus on cost management strategies. The Executive Director will manage and guide internal and external personnel responsible for cost reports, the Interim rate package for the Medicare and Medicaid Fiscal intermediary, scrubbing of the bad debt logs and analyzing disproportionate share to evaluate Hospital reimbursement status. The Executive Director will provide guidance to achieve coordination of data, relative reimbursement issues, to achieve increased coordination and consistency of reporting across prime facilities and assist management in their understanding of the impact of proposed or finalized changes to the government payor programs Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
