About The Position

This position is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the Pharmacy function that supports Medicaid & Individual Markets lines of business. Responsible for improving the quality of care related to various State and CMS quality measures. Role will partner with appropriate parties to support the coordination of health care delivery functions within Medicaid and Individual and Family Markets. The role will lead efforts related to operational and cost efficiency, product design, pricing, sales strategy and revenue optimization.

Requirements

  • Registered Pharmacist with a Pharmacy degree (Phar.D. or Bachelor).
  • 15 years' experience in a Pharmacy environment.
  • 12 years of managerial experience in a Pharmacy environment.
  • Leadership skills to lead diverse operations.
  • Data analytical skills including developing reports and tools.
  • Experience developing and facilitating presentations to upper management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a position involving a high degree of self-direction and initiative.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft applications and pharmacy databases.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Individual & Family Market programs in relation to pharmacy operations.
