Purpose Statement The job of Executive Director - Risk Management and Workers' Compensation Trust Management Program is done for the purpose of implementing and maintaining the assigned programs and services for workers' compensation claims, safety and loss control, the ESD 113 Workers' Compensation Trust Cooperative, multiple Workers' Compensation Trusts under contract with the governing entity, the Unemployment Insurance Cooperative, and other risk management services offered by ESD 113 to school districts in the ESD 113 service area; and serving as a resource to school district personnel and the Boards of Directors.
