Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to write successful partnership proposals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience in pricing strategy and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of merger and acquisitions processes.
  • Experience in sales strategy and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and partners to accelerate membership growth.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Conduct a comprehensive inventory of current pricing structures for services, programs, and products.
  • Develop and implement a pricing strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential prospects for mergers and acquisitions.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to grow sales of consulting services.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of business development activities, including financial performance and impact metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to develop training programs for managers.
  • Represent the organization at events, conferences, and meetings to promote the mission.
