About The Position

The U.S. Private Bank (USPB) Digital Team is seeking a dynamic and strategic Executive Director to lead the vision, development, and ongoing management of our digital planning platform. This individual will serve as the primary owner of the planning tool ecosystem, with a relentless focus on elevating the overall advisor experience. Reporting to senior Digital leadership, this role sits at the intersection of technology, wealth management strategy, and user experience — driving innovation that empowers our advisors to deliver best-in-class outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive experience in digital product management, wealth management technology, or financial services strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • You have a proven track record of owning and scaling enterprise-grade digital platforms, ideally within a private banking, wealth management, or advisory context.
  • Deep familiarity with financial planning concepts — including goals-based planning, portfolio construction, tax and estate planning, and cash flow analysis — is essential.
  • You possess exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex, matrixed environments is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is strongly preferred.
