As the leader of our eCommerce function, you will be responsible for driving digital strategy and revenue growth across all direct-to-consumer channels.

  • Develop and execute the overall eCommerce strategy aligned with brand, product, and growth goals.
  • Own the DTC eCommerce P&L, including revenue forecasting, margin optimization, and budget management.
  • Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities including site expansion, global markets, and new technologies.
  • Optimize on-site performance, navigation, content, merchandising, and personalization to improve conversion rate and AOV.
  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey from first click to post-purchase engagement.
  • Champion the growth of social commerce as a key acquisition and conversion channel.
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Creative, and Social teams to develop platform-native strategies that drive engagement and sales through TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, and emerging social platforms.
  • Leverage influencer partnerships, UGC, livestreaming, and community-driven content to drive awareness and conversion.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive efficient customer acquisition across paid and organic channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Affiliate, SEO, etc.).
  • Lead CRM and retention strategies including email, SMS, and loyalty programs to increase LTV and reduce churn.
  • Use segmentation and behavioral data to drive lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Analyze KPIs including CAC, LTV, conversion rate, bounce rate, and customer segmentation to inform strategy.
  • Leverage data to understand customer behavior and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • Set up robust A/B testing frameworks and performance dashboards.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing eCommerce team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Brand Marketing, IT, Operations, Creative, Finance, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Champion a customer-first, digitally led culture throughout the organization.
  • 10+ years of experience in eCommerce, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a DTC brand (beauty or consumer goods preferred).
  • Proven track record of scaling DTC eCommerce businesses and owning digital P&L.
  • Deep understanding of Shopify platform, analytics tools (GA4) and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, CRO, UX, and customer retention strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Highly analytical, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, or consumer brands is a big plus.
