The Executive Director, Data & AI, Creative & Content Automation is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling data and AI products that elevate marketing effectiveness, creative excellence, campaign performance, content intelligence, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement. This leader enables Global Marketing, Creative, Media, Consumer Engagement, and Brand teams to plan, create, and activate more effectively through AI-powered insights, automation, and content innovation. Reporting to the VP, Commercial & Consumer Data & AI Product Lead, this role owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Marketing & Creative Data & AI capabilities across global brands, markets, and channels. The Executive Director partners deeply with Global Marketing, Creative Directors, Media teams, Consumer Engagement, Brand Presidents, Regional Marketing, and Martech leadership to ensure every product delivers measurable impact tied to brand growth, audience reach, ROI, and creative productivity. The role requires a blend of product leadership, deep understanding of marketing and creative ecosystems, and strong technical fluency across consumer data, content platforms, and AI solutions—especially generative AI and content intelligence.
