About The Position
As the Executive Director at Empire Beauty School in Portage, MI, you will play a pivotal role in leading all operational, educational, compliance, and administrative functions within the school. The position requires a flexible schedule, which may involve working two evenings per week and two Saturdays per month. You will be expected to foster a positive learning environment and build strong community partnerships to enhance the school's reputation and outreach. The Executive Director is also responsible for managing budgets, achieving operational goals, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.
