About The Position
Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director - CLO Syndicate & Originations to join their Structured Product Groups (SPG) Capital Markets Team. This role will have a primary focus on origination and execution of Broadly Syndicated collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions. In this role, you will: Develop and coordinate the distribution strategy for CLOs by engaging with sales, investors and managers. Focus on helping to drive best execution for the platform. Focus on the origination of Broadly Syndicated Loan CLO transactions through coverage of both asset managers and key market investors to drive BSL CLO origination for the platform. Work closely with CDF Banking on a broad coverage process for CLO managers to help ensure the broadest reach of client coverage. Coordinate with internal parties across Leveraged Loan Sales and Trading, Fixed Income Group (FIG), Markets Senior Relationship Managers (SRMs), CLO Sales and Trading, etc. to help drive origination activity across BSL CLOs.
