About The Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Executive Director who will also serve as the Clinical Supervisor for a licensed Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program in New Jersey. This dual-role position carries ultimate responsibility for organizational leadership, regulatory compliance, and clinical oversight of substance use disorder services. This role is designed for a credentialed clinician with demonstrated executive capability. Candidates must meet both New Jersey administrative leadership requirements and statutory clinical supervision requirements for SUD services. This is a senior, accountable leadership role. It is not advisory, fractional, or ceremonial. This combined structure is intended to create clear accountability, reduce regulatory risk, and ensure alignment between operations and clinical practice. When done well, it strengthens compliance, improves outcomes, and stabilizes organizations. When done poorly, it fails quickly. We are hiring accordingly.
