About The Position
The Executive Director of the Center for Access and Success at Elon University is a 12-month administrative role focused on advocating for access and success programs while inspiring community support. The position requires strong intercultural competence and excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders, including parents, community leaders, and university personnel.
