About The Position
The Executive Director, Global Cell Therapy Organization (CTO), Strategy & Operations (S&O) at Bristol Myers Squibb will serve as a key partner to the Cell Therapy Strategy & Operations Vice President and the Cell Therapy Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in driving the performance of existing cell therapies and supporting the development of a robust pipeline of next-generation therapies. The Executive Director will lead a high-performing team, oversee business operations, and manage strategic projects to enhance the performance of the Cell Therapy Organization.
