About The Position

Genentech is currently seeking to hire an Executive Director to provide executive leadership and manage the newly formed Campus Development Team, which reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Workplace. This team will oversee all aspects of campus development related to the implementation of the Campus Vision Plan (CVP) for the South San Francisco campus. The Campus Vision Plan is a long-term strategy for the development of Genentech's South San Francisco campus, based on zoning established in the approved master plan of 2020. The Campus Development Team is expected to have various reporting functions that will evolve throughout the different phases of the plan. Initially, these functions will include teams focused on campus planning and entitlements, site development (including mobility, landscaping, and infrastructure), the new gRED campus, the arrivals building, future phases of development, ancillary and support site building elements, and the CVP PMO.
