About The Position

Requirements

• Prior experience in large facility management or program area management preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Campo Family YMCA.
• Lead and grow the Family Center operation with a $4.5 million budget and over 4,000 household memberships.
• Achieve established goals through Association scorecard targets, including revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Ensure compliance with YMCA policies and best practices, particularly in emergency procedures and child abuse prevention.
• Manage the center budget and prepare revenue and expense forecasts.
• Develop and maintain relationships with funding sources and community leaders.
• Collaborate with the Advisory Board to promote YMCA's mission and engage community leaders.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities for center staff.
