As a Senior Business Development (BD) and Capture leader you will be responsible for achieving V2X’s Global Solutions (GS) business line (BL) growth goals and for the management and growth accomplishments of the BD/Capture Team that supports the GS BL. GS business line programs include IT and Cyber Solutions, Tech and Surveillance, and National Security Solutions programs. Responsible for developing BL-level growth strategies and plans in sync with V2X strategies and objectives and for establishing/maintaining customer relationships that foster competitive advantages for the company. Ensures that Capture teams are properly identifying and developing opportunities to build a robust pipeline of opportunities, building effective Capture Plans and executing strategies to win new business and meet or exceed new business targets. Reports to V2X’s VP of Growth for Global Solutions, advising him/her on strategic direction for key bids, and routinely briefs the CEO and C-Suite executives. Coordinates closely with the GS BL SVP to ensure New Business and Recompete pursuits are aligned with the BL and Business Unit goals and revenue priorities. The selected leader will serve as the senior customer interface with Global Solutions customers, develop and maintain close trusted relationships and lead V2X in the execution of campaign plans.
