You will build and lead an End-to-End Comprehensive Insight Capability, transforming member feedback and operational data into profound, actionable intelligence that revolutionizes our omni-channel Member Experience performance. Your leadership will be instrumental in uncovering the precise drivers of member delight and pinpointing friction, translating sentiment into clear, strategic imperatives. You will champion proactive member experience monitoring KPIs, empowering the organization to anticipate needs and optimize experiences with unparalleled precision. As a key strategic partner to senior leadership, you will champion a data-centric culture, influence organizational strategy, and drive advanced analytics to address our most critical business objectives. Build and lead a high-caliber team, fostering innovation and translating complex insights into impactful strategies that deliver transformative change and sustainable competitive advantage.
