About The Position
The New York Times is looking for an experienced Executive Director for Business Continuity. You will lead our global business continuity framework and oversee response and recovery efforts to minimize the operational impact of business disruptions. Your role will be an important gateway to enhance our ability to maintain operations during challenging times. With a focus on leadership, partner engagement, and strategic risk management, you will build enterprise-wide continuity programs. You will ensure the development and governance of policies that enhance preparedness and responsiveness across all business departments. You will report to the Senior Vice President, Workplace Experience. Your role is a hybrid remote/in-office work model, requiring 3 days in the office.
