The Bosch Community Fund, the corporate foundation for Bosch in North America, was established in 2011 to provide community engagement and philanthropic support on behalf of the company. The Bosch Community Fund convenes community partners to connect and collaborate to enrich science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education and sustainability efforts. The role involves leading the mission, daily operations, and long-term strategic plan of the foundation, providing the board with timely updates on operations and financial status, and collaborating with the board to align activities with the foundation’s mission and vision. The position also includes supporting program officers in managing grants, ensuring compliance, coordinating communications, and representing the foundation among key stakeholders. Additionally, the role requires managing financial assets, developing an annual operating budget, and leading research and analysis of grantmaking KPIs.
