About The Position

The Executive Director for Senior Living is responsible for providing leadership and vision to ensure operational controls and reporting procedures are in place for financial strength and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing workforce decisions, coordinating administrative activities, and analyzing facility operations to recommend budgets and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Master's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of health care operations at the leadership level.
• Current state/federal/local required certification or license to manage an assisted living facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and vision for the facility's operations.
• Ensure proper operational controls and reporting procedures are in place.
• Measure and assess the effectiveness of internal and external processes.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop operational infrastructure plans.
• Oversee major workforce and resource decisions.
• Coordinate administrative activities and analyze facility operations.
• Recommend budget and conduct administrative studies of facility operations.
