About The Position

The Executive Director at Prestige Care - Rosemont Senior Living serves as the CEO of the assisted living and memory care community, responsible for driving business results and ensuring high-quality care for residents. This role involves overseeing staff training, budget adherence, occupancy goals, and overall community operations, while fostering a supportive environment for both residents and team members.

Requirements

  • Appropriate certification or license by state regulations to run an assisted living/memory care facility.
  • An Associates Degree and a minimum of two years working in geriatrics or three years in a management position.
  • Experience with budgeting, staff development, training, and scheduling.
  • Ability to creatively problem-solve in resident care and employee management situations.
  • Must be able to perform essential job duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

  • Additional coursework in management is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect supervision of the community operation along with training, coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations of all staff members.
  • Ensure that the nursing services provided meet the needs of the residents in accordance with developed service plans and state codes.
  • Ensure that census expectations are met and that resident admission process documentation is completed timely and in accordance with established policies.
  • Oversee the recruitment and retention of qualified staff, ensuring background checks and licenses are cleared before employment.
  • Motivate employees through staff appreciation, recognition, and incentive programs, promoting positive employee relations.
  • Oversee the community budget, providing guidance and training to department heads on budget maintenance.
  • Monitor operations of the community regularly and prepare quality review audits and monthly variance reports.
