As a member of the Quest Technology senior leadership team, the Executive Director Application and DevSecOps Support will have a number of responsibilities including DevSecOps, SRE, Quality Engineering, API platform and application maintenance and production support; leading the enterprise DevSecOps practice; and leading API platform strategic enablement. The Executive Director will be responsible for working effectively across the Quest Technology Product & Service Delivery organizations including Commercial, Consumer and Operations as well as Development, Infrastructure, Release & Change Management, QA, and the PMO. The successful candidate will lead the organization to deliver consistent support within agreed upon service levels, staffing levels and budget and provide regular status reports to management on application status and related performance metrics. The Executive Director will deal with complex and variable issues, which have significant operational impact and where multiple solution options must be considered, analyzed and validated and will manage a large team of Directors, Managers and Software Engineering professionals responsible for the successful implementation and support of solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiencies. This position will be located (hybrid) in either Schaumburg, IL or Secaucus, NJ. Pay Range: $235,000 - $270,000/year + 30% Annual Incentive Plan + Long-Term Incentive Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.
