Consulting - Technology Consulting - AI and Data – AI - Automation and Analytics – AI Strategist and Data Scientist - Executive Director - Multiple Positions - 1692106, Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Seattle, WA. Support the development and execution of the strategic vision and plan for the AI & Data practice, aligning with EY's overall business objectives and market trends. Shape the future of clients' businesses and drive transformation through innovative artificial intelligence and data-driven strategies, solutions and services. Collaborate with other AI & Data practitioners and the broader EY teams across competencies, sub service lines and service lines to develop and deliver integrated solutions to clients in consumer product and other sectors. Build new and deepen existing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored AI and data solutions that drive business value and efficiencies. Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of solution architects, data scientists, AI strategists, AI and data engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Oversee the delivery of complex AI and data projects, driving completion on time and within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Contribute to EY's thought leadership in AI and data space by publishing insights, participating in industry conferences, and/or engaging in public speaking opportunities. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, driving innovation within the practice and ensuring EY remains at the forefront of AI and data solutions. Provide instrumental leadership in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the practice. Lead pursuit activities including go to market activities and managed revenue with current clients as well as pipeline engagements. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field and 10 years of related work experience (at least 5 of which must be progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience). Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Business, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field and 9 years of related work experience.
Must have 9 years of experience in AI technologies, data analytics, machine learning, and data governance frameworks.
Must have 9 years of experience in providing advisory services with a strategic focus in helping clients achieve transformational value by improving performance and mitigating risk through the use of advanced analytics solutions.
Must have 9 years of experience driving revenue within existing clients and developing new prospects at the “C” level of Fortune 500 companies by understanding and translating business challenges into value-add analytics solutions.
Must have 9 years of Analytics engagement leadership experience including: leading a team of consulting professionals on multiple projects, providing regular status updates, monitoring project economics, hands on technical expertise and managing client relationships.
Must have 9 years of hands-on experience with data science, big data, and data engineering.
Must have 9 years of hands-on experience with various big data technologies in one or a combination of the following ecosystems: Hadoop, AWS and/or Microsoft.
Must have 8 years of experience with a combination of at least 3 of the following data sources and structures: APIs, NoSQL, RDBMS, Hadoop, S3, and/or Blob Storage.
Must have 8 years of experience working on solid pattern recognition and predictive modelling.
Must have 8 years of experience working on data mining and statistical tools.
Must have 8 years of experience with statistical modeling, ETL and data ingestion/cleansing.
Must have 8 years of experience setting up data and experimental platforms.
Must have 8 years of experience using at least one or a combination of the following: R, SAS, Python, Java/C#, Scala, SQL, Hive or Pig.
Must have 8 years of experience using machine learning algorithms including neural networks, k-NN, naive bays, decision trees and SVM.
Must have 8 years of experience using recommendation engines, scoring systems, and A/B testing.
Domestic travel required up to 80%, to serve client needs.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and beneﬁts package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
The base salary for this job is $386,000 per year.
In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
